Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Please include the original packaging whenever possible.
Items showing wear, damage, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Barebones does not accept returns for the following:

Customized or made-to-order products
Digital goods and downloadable files
Gift cards and promotional rewards
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Goods damaged after delivery due to user fault

How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for our return instructions before sending any items back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately by email with:

Photos of the received item and packaging
Your order details

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Return shipping fees are calculated at checkout for original orders.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it by contacting us at moritzihafo@gmail.com.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days within the United States.
