Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Barebones' website and any purchases made through it. By using this platform, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.

Authorized Use and Restrictions

When accessing Barebones’ site, you must follow all applicable laws and avoid actions including but not limited to:

Accessing restricted or unauthorized areas of the website.
Interfering with the website’s operation or security, including overloading servers.
Uploading or transmitting harmful software such as viruses or malware.
Copying, reselling, or otherwise exploiting proprietary content without written permission.
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities related to your use of the platform or orders.

Product Listings and Order Acceptance

Barebones works to present all products—including pricing, descriptions, images, and stock status—accurately. However, errors or discrepancies may occasionally occur.

All orders you place are subject to availability and price verification prior to acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase that Barebones must explicitly accept.

Order Placement, Processing, and Delivery

Barebones reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, payment issues, or fraud prevention measures.
Once your order is accepted, processing generally takes between 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times range from 7-12 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return Window: Requests for returns must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Authorization Required: Before returning any item, contact Barebones at vamobleon@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel orders must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may have begun processing and cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Barebones website—including text, images, trademarks, software, and site design—is owned exclusively by Barebones or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution without explicit prior permission is prohibited.

The Barebones website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available." Barebones disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
